Hello doctor. My baby is 3 month old. She gets lot old. She get lots of yellow substance/ dirt in her eyes especially in the morning. Pls advise

A. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be uvsed.
