Pallavi Kalla RamdeoMom of a 5 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. it is absolutely ok now for you to focus on your health as the baby is not totally dependent on your feed . start with light exercises and cutting down on your food portion size. the later you start the more difficult it will be for you to loose that pregnancy weight.

to encourage your child for this , I advise to try milk with different flavors like elaychi milk, milk with honey etc

well ,for stitches ,I advise to apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
keep that area clean
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
if there is other discomfort like swelling , redness ,pus etc then please visit your gynecologist
