Hello dctr....I had a c sectin delevry in 63 days back..now can I claimb the steps

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. operating out of this question yes it can certainly Clans death as long as there is no physical strain on yourself but 63 days is a well enough time for your body to have rested you can even start with walking and doing slide stretches a while you're lying on the bed
