Q.
Hello, can i use warm water with 2 pinch of boric acid for cleaning baby's eyes? Eyes are watery, pinkish and itchy. Doctor has suggested moxifloxacin eye drop. Please suggest.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr old boy5 years agoA. This is not advisable for your baby, kindly do not try this. Boric acid is usually given using an eye cup. Use only a clean or sterile eye cup. Avoid touching the rim of the eye cup with your fingers while you are using it. It may be best to use this medicine while standing over a sink or eye wash fountain.
