hello! can I use pure Fenugreek carrier oil for production of breast milk . As in that product mentioned for breast milk production and enlarge ment. can any onesuggest oil

cap lactare 2 cap thrice a day.
eat healthy diet.
drink 4-5 litres of water

Tame healthy protein rich nutritious like fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk
