I'm having problem in producing breast milk for my baby. What should I do or eat for Breast milk production?

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm
