Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Consult a lactation expert for advice.
