is breast make more milk production. my breast milk insufficient for my baby so

A. hello dear mom.. It is a demand and supply mechanism , so latch more often . You can increase the feeding frequency n feed longer in each feeding session. tc

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari without milk twice in a day this will help to make sure to get sufficient milk and is not having any problem
