Hello can I give my 9 month old baby cow milk? Please suggest how to start whining my baby. Thank you😊

A. dear yes u may start it under supervision...add ajwein ND fennel seeds to it

A. No cow milk is not advisable under the age of 12 months as it can create problems like protein allergy sometimes it can create lactose intolerance associated with animal milk if you start giving it under the age of 12 months which is why it’s not advisable
