Hello.. baby ko thand se bachane ke lie or uski immunity power built krne k lie kya khilana chaye?

A. hello balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity.baby's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included. Breastfeeding till 2 years provides anti bodies to fight infection.
