Hi You have to make sure that you are keeping your child covered in full clothes you should use thermal sweaters whatever it is required always keep your child and socks and caps during the winter time but at the nighttime remove And socks otherwise you can make your child sleep in thermal and whatever I make sure that you are not eating anything cold which is going to affect your child as well
