Hello all my daughter is 15 months old and she has developed this which mark surrounded with very small bumps in her corner of eyes

A. It would be difficult to know and understand what is the situation which is why it is going to be more sensible for you to get examined with your doctor because this way I cannot tell you what the situation but once the doctor checks it physically they will be able to help you correctly on that
