My baby has two small red mark on a face with small small pimples around how to treat them and how they developed ?

Well Without a picture on assessment it would be very difficult for me to give you right advice so I would advise you to consult either your paediatrician ones for that or Skin doctor as a dermatologist for kids they will be able to give you correct guidance
