Hello, 1) my second baby is 5 months old now. till now I didn't get the periods. after my frst surgery I got within 4 months. please suggest 2) during my second pregnancy, increased lot of weight nearly 76. now my weight is 69. earlier before corona it was 59kgs. can anyone please suggest me how do I decrease my weight.

A. hi mom period can be delayed due to multiple reasons such as lactational amenorrhea undiagnosed pregnancy hormonal imbalance etc so u need to consult with your doctor for details history and examination
