health food for one year baby?

A. at this age you can give most of the home made foods for the baby without adding much spices. you can give rice , ragi , soji, poha, makhana and oats. you can give fruit and vegetable puree. avoid junk foods and try and give home made foods. you can give chapati and ghee and chapati and dal or curd also.
