ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, if your is passing watery type stool for some days then you may consult doctor. if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, feeding well then do not worry.

As long as your baby is feeding and growing normally, you should not be concerned unless her stools are whitish and clay-like, watery and filled with mucus, or hard and dry. They should also not be black or bloody. If they are, call your pediatrician.
