He is getting cracks on nail cuticles. How to deal with them?

See this could be due to some deficiency in the body which is why the nails are cracking and that’s mostly due to deficiency of calcium so just to have a better clarity as per the situation I would recommend you to kindly consult your doctor they are going to give you proper help on this
