He is 9yrs old boy not willing to eat anything please can you suggest for food items for him

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom make sure the child is involved in some form of physical activity as due to this pandemic condition. Their is lot of restrictions and limitations now ..
don’t force the child to eat make sure he is hydrated enough once hungry they will eat better .
Also you may try to involve them in cooking or buying groceries as well and storing and storing them
