having sore throat and little fever since yesterday. mother of 25 day old baby. can i take azithromycin 500 and nimcee? kindly suggest some other medicine which is safe while breastfeeding

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You can just take Calpol rather than this no medicines are totally safe while being a breastfeeding mother. If you are having an extreme infection in your throat then you should definitely consult with Dr and ask your doctor to prescribe medicine accordingly because you are a breastfeeding mother.
