Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy6 years agoA. usually it's common after delivery as it could be due to hormonal changes. eat lots of iron rich foods like beetroot and spinach and strawberries and dates. drink lots of water and eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables. drink enough water and take your calcium supplements.
