Have been observing post urine yellow color marks on baby diapers since a week now. What may be the reason for this. Is the baby dehydrated? What should I do?

A. yes dear your baby may be dehydrated but then the only treatment is continue with breastfeeding in fact you must take enough of water as breast milk contains 88% of water
