please do the following things:
please take healthy and well balanced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid drinkingRO water.
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakai powder.
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd, apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
