Hai my baby is turning 4 months this week, can i give him water with dry dates soaked over night (only water) .

starting liquids or solids at early stages can cause major health issues.
breast milk contains right amount of water and fat required for an infant

Give only BM or formula milk
Give adequate feeding
Burp well
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give adequate feeding
Give solid food after six months
