my 4 month old baby girl have red colour skin rashes like small pimples in her private area folds. what will i do. himalaya diaper rash cream is only available with us. can i use that in the affected area? do i need to apply powder in that portion to keep it dry. ? is powder safe for babies?

yes, do apply Himalaya diaper rash cream. 
avoid using powder. 
Changing frequently is an excellent idea as well as more hygienic. 
Wipe the baby’s bottoms with a moist soft cotton cloth  and let pat dry. Apply coconut oil before putting on a fresh diaper.
