Greetings of the day, My son is suffering from vitamin D deficiency, kindly suggest diet schedule (veg/non veg)

A. greetings exposure to sunlight 10 to 15 minutes daily after 10:00 a.m. is important egg , oily fish, mushrooms, vitamin d fortified food consult doctor as supplementation maybe required
