goodmorning sir...my son is 3.5 years old...he has fever since Saturday afternoon...I gave him crocin 240mg 5ml , fever was down but again came in the night...i m giving him crocin...today morning he has cough and cold...I gave soventus -LS for cough 3ml. now sir what I have to do , his fever is up and down cough and cold also. please advice me ..

A. , your baby boy is 40 months old and he is having a cough and fever so give him proper antibiotic and syrup Ascoril Ls 4 ml three times a day
