A. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he has a pytriasis alba discolouration on his face so you can try karpine lotion at night for few days or consult with dermatologist

A. if the child is 2 years old so if the child is having some white patches over the face it may be some fungal infection so it is better to consult your doctor one for proper examination
