vijay laxmiMom of 5 children1 Year agoA. apart from milk there are other food items also which kids like. you can give other protein and calcium rich foods like paneer ,curd , green leafy vegetables. consuming milk in the morning can create gas and bloating .kids should drink milk at night. in breakfast before going to school you can give your child a very thin roti and palak paneer, dosa, suji chila, apple pancake, etc

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet
