#Good morning mam I have a pain in upper abdomen mainly below the breast. I feel muscle s are formed like ball below the breast I feel very pain during night only What is the reason mam ? Will you please explain me? Thank you mam

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is dohjine to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
