#asktheexperts I often feel severe strains in my upper chest mainly below the neck ....is it because of breast feeding????

A. if you are having any kind of pain or discomfort it needs to be examined and only some comment can be given so you need to consult your doctor for your pain

It Can be sometimes you do wrong posture while feeding and sometimes it could be related to your nerves as well if you want to understand it further it’s better that you please get a check with the neurologist for further understanding 1st to consult a gynaecologist and then go ahead with the recommendation
