good morning Dr.. my son is 4yrs 11 month old.. from today he is suffering from too much cold,, and his both nose closed..

Then you may consult your doctor be a viral infection or something that is why your child is having running nose or sneezing or blocked nose so they’ll be able to help you with right medication as of now if you want you can give SINARIST as per the current age weight of your child you can give it for three days three times in a day
