good morning doctor,my son 5 years old got fever yesterday and throat pain I given flexion syrup now he having weakness and fever also ..can u suggest me what should I do

A. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is hi possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
