Hello Doctor, My daughter she is 5 yrs10 months old. Since last night she is suffering from high fever , body pain, throat pain n headache. I have given her a Meftal syrup. can u plz suggest me an antibiotic for her. Thank you in advance

also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.x
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meetx your dr for proper advice.
