Fever  is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if bffever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

it is the viral inf any .cough is common in this changing seasin.  steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies  in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .

good morning it is not advisable to use any medicine like that I would recommend that you should try to visit your pediatrician so that proper medicine can be prescribed to ensure the speedy recovery
