A. Hello mommy, Folliculitis. This is a common skin condition that happens when hair follicles -- the tiny holes where your hair grows -- get irritated, usually after a bacterial or fungal infection. Small red or white-headed bumps often show up around the follicles. clean babys hair with mild and smell free shampoo. Dont apply any oil for sometime . If this spot will not go in a week kindly seek medical advise.
