good evening my baby is 21 months old. i was using eyetex kajal to keep bindi on her face and used Lakme eyebrow pencil to draw her eyebrows but that part is turned white. please tell me what to do

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day afnd if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not xapply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
