Good evening mam. My daughter is 2 years 3 months old. She is very very active girl. She understands all my instructions and do accordingly. In my house only me and my husband are there to speak. She only speaks 10 to 15 words clearly. She speaks sentences but completely not in understandable language. I am afraid of that when this language goes and when she speaks clearly can I know please?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properlbgy.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
