Good evening Dr's meri baby 1 year complete hui hai 27th Nov usko constipation hua hai potty bht hard ho rahi hai aur usko potty karte time pain ho raha hai aur bht force lagana padh raha hai PLZZ suggest me what should I do for her

Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give three meal and two snacks
