Generally weight reduces post delivery and during feeding also.. But why I am not reducing??

A. Hi mom No it is not necessary that u loose weight after delivery. Some amount is reduced but not all. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Yoga, cycling, jogging will help to reduce your weight. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body
