from yesterday my daughter suffering from fever cold and cough..I have given her paracetamol T 98 3times till now bt no improvement.she is very week now can't eat anything. what to do?

A. hi, Loss of appetite will be their during fever..so keep offering different foods that your baby likes. don't force feed. Increase fluid intake , give lots of water ors Or other clear fluids) . giive her paracetamol syp in proper dose.
