from which month can we introduce water to the baby my baby is 2months old ?why shouldn't we give water now?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Strictly NO..! Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age, after than may start giving water.
