From my baby penis white substance is coming, but only from point. And that also whn u pull back skin and after skin back there is only place from where its comes. When we pressure that white substance comes out. He is only 16 months old. White substance is like creamy type or u can say when white Powder mix with water. So kindly let me know is there any serious issue or nt
