From last 4-5 days, my toddler is putting her fingers in her ears every now and then. What may be the reason or is she just being playful?

Probably but please check if it has formed wax inside the ear. if you see wax then You can clean the outer area of the ear with a cottony cloth wrapped on your finger. Do not put anything inside the ear, not even ear buds because it is not safe. If You see a lot of earwax then please consult with your doctor and follow their instructions.
