Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to make sure that you give things like cheese slice whole grain porridge you can start introducing eggs as a as dry fruits to your child at this point for weight gain
