for my babys weight gain what major foods I should prefer to give now my baby is 8 months old can you please suggest...

A. dear parent, at the age of 8 months, you should give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach. add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense.

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to make sure that you give things like cheese slice whole grain porridge you can start introducing eggs as a as dry fruits to your child at this point for weight gain
