for how long I have to take calcium and iron tablets after c section delivery?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you are breast-feeding a baby you can continue taking calcium supplement to till 6 months when you are exclusively breastfeeding a baby otherwise you can take Iron and Calcium supplements at least for 3 months continuously
