few daz back I saw slight white patch under her both eyes....what may b the reason ...whom to consult plz help

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello mama White patches on the skin is mostly due to dryness in winters. so apply cream under the eyes.. if no improvement then u can consult any local doctor whom u visit.
