A. Hello good morning !! Fetal weight by 29 weeks (7.5 months) might be around 1500gm to 1800 gm . It varies from one to other depending on amniotic fluid level and intake of mother. If you have adequate amount of amniotic fluid and have balanced diet then no need to worry about fetal weight. Yes the nutrients by mother will be absorbed to baby through amniotic sac mostly Sleep on left side .
