Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age you can do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and also give plenty of water to drink breastfeeding which will maintain hydration of the body and that will help in decreasing the temperature

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually immediately you have to keep a check the temperature and it completely depends on the weight of the baby also before giving the medication just try to give a proper medication just keep a check on the temperature in KP baby hydrated well and very hygiene change the clothes frequently
