excessive hair fall after delivery .my baby is 6 Months old now

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Hairfall after delivery happens due to harmonal changes,low Haemoglobin, stress.
Have iron rich foods spinach and other leafy greens,dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts, pomegranate, carrot, beetroot, jaggery, ragi, flaxseeds, sweet potato,egg, fish in diet.
Do warm oil massage to scalp, hairpacks like hibiscus leaves/flowers pack,egg pack, fenugreek seeds, onion hair oil will help in controlling hairfall.
