It’s common to face heart burn during pregnancy as the uterus pushes the stomach n which cause acid issues
Have very small and frequent meals and finish your dinner by 7.30pm
Avoid spicy food, achar, papas, namkeen, tea or coffee, junk foods as they trigger acidity
Have cold milk ( half water and half milk with sugar ) early morning
U can also have Chenna mithai.. if not elevated sugar
Also avoid too much garlic use in food preparation

Take light foods and ensure that you take small frequent meals. If the problem is severe then consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice on any medication to be taken. Good luck and take care.
